These terms apply to all services offered through TheCleanspectors, including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, vacuum repair, plumbing, and general handyman services.

01Acceptance of Terms

By using TheCleanspectors website, mobile interface, or contacting us to schedule any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

02Services Offered

TheCleanspectors connects customers with independent service professionals for the following categories:

• 🏠 Residential Cleaning — Standard, deep, move-in/move-out cleaning for homes and apartments.
• 🏢 Commercial Cleaning — Office, retail, medical facility, and industrial space cleaning.
• 🏗️ Post-Construction Cleaning — Debris removal and detailed clean-up following renovation or construction projects.
• 🧹 Vacuum Repair — Diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of all major vacuum cleaner brands and models.
• 🔧 Plumbing Services — Emergency and scheduled plumbing repairs, fixture installation, drain cleaning.
• 🏠 General Handyman — Carpentry, drywall, painting, furniture assembly, and home improvement tasks.
• 📋 Directory Listing — Exclusive ZIP code territory leads and business listings for vetted service providers.

03Booking & Scheduling

• All service bookings are subject to professional availability and confirmation.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost.
• For emergency or same-day services, additional fees may apply depending on availability.

04Pricing & Payments

• All prices quoted are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found on-site.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior written agreement states otherwise.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, digital payments (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal), and cash.
• TheCleanspectors charges professionals a platform fee. Customers are never charged a booking or platform fee.

05Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property or equipment being serviced.
• For vacuum repair services, customers must disclose any prior repair attempts or known damage.
• For plumbing services, customers must disclose the location of all shutoff valves and any known prior issues.
• Providing inaccurate information about the scope of work may result in service refusal or additional charges.

06Satisfaction Guarantee

You must notify TheCleanspectors within 24 hours of service completion at [email protected]. Plumbing and handyman services carry a 30-day workmanship warranty on labor, excluding parts and pre-existing conditions.

07Limitation of Liability

• TheCleanspectors is not liable for loss or damage not directly caused by proven negligence.
• Not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events.
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

08Professional Standards & ZIP Exclusivity

• All listed professionals must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and certifications.
• ZIP code exclusivity is granted on a first-come, first-served basis and is non-transferable.
• Professionals agree not to solicit customers obtained through TheCleanspectors outside the platform for 12 months after service.

09Privacy & Data Use

• Personal information is used solely for service coordination and platform communication.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing us.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cuyahoga County, Ohio under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
